I think this is one of the best shoots I’ve commissioned at The Economist. Boucheron’s Creative Director Claire Choisne is a genius with large scale body sculpture and photographer Isabelle Bonjean went all out with body painting and a dramatic palette which some people on the magazine were at first unsure about but I dug my heals in and it was well worth the agro. I believe this will become an iconic image in years to come.
